Vinification:
Classical method of red wine vinification.

Wine characteristics:
Deep-red colour, a fruity nose of blueberries and blackberries and a dense, velvet palate.

Ageing:
For at least 9 months in small, French oak barrels and final bottle ageing.

Served:
At 18°C ideally accompanies red meat and spicy cheese.

Storing:
In dark, cool places in a horizontal position.
