Classical method of Red wine vinification

Wine characteristics:
Brick-red colour, a rich nose of aromatic dried fruit and abundant spice that ideally blend with oak-derived wood scent. Full-bodied, sufficiently tannic to age with a dense palate.

Ageing:
For, at least, 4 years in French oak casks and bottles.

Served:
At 18°C ideally compliments red meat and white cheese.

Storing:
In dark, cool places in a horizontal position.
