Vinification:
Classical method of Red wine vinification.

Wine characteristics:
Deep, ruby-red, lucid colour, characteristic bouquet of ripe tomato and olive, chewy, tannic palate.

Ageing:
For, at least, 12 months in small French oak casks.

Served:
At 18°C ideally accompanies red meat and white cheese.

Storing:
In dark, cool places in a horizontal position.
