Imeros (unfulfilled desire) represents the desire for completion, as it is produced from red Xinomavro grapes, without being pressed. The juice reveals the primary spirit, the brilliance and the aroma but not the colour of the red grape variety.

Type: White Dry

Vinification:
Classical method of white vinification technique, under controlled temperature of the free-run juice of the grapes (Blanc de noir).

Wine characteristics:
Characteristic fruity aroma of cherries and blackberries, refreshing and wild on the palate with lively crispness.

Served:
At 10-12°C and perfectly accompanies light meals, seafood as well as white meat.

Storing:
In dark, cool places in a horizontal position. Bottle ageing is not recommended.
