A desire for creation with a sense of revival, freshness and liveliness has led to this wine that derives from Xinomavro and Syrah varieties, on equal proportions.

Variety: 50% Xinomavro, 50% Syrah

Type: Red Semi-dry

Vinification:
Classical method of red wine vinification.

Wine characteristics:
Its lively, purple-red colour, pleasant fruity nose as well as fruity palate combined with its mild tannins, will definitely indulge you whatever the hour, with or without accompanying dishes.

Storing:
In dark, cool places in a horizontal position. Bottle ageing is not recommended.

Served:
At 16-18°C with or without accompanying dishes.
