Type: Red Demi-sweet
Vinification: Classical method of red wine vinification with interruption of the alcoholic fermentation at the desirable time.
Wine characteristics: Bright, ruby-red colour, a rich nose and a dense sweetish palate.
Served: At 16-18°C and makes an ideal pair with desserts such as chocolate ice cream with fruit syrup.
Storing: In dark, cool places in a horizontal position. Bottle ageing is not recommended. |
