An excellent wine that towards the end of its cask-ageing process is stored in small fully smoked, French oak casks. This accounts for its special nature, which distinguishes it from the rest of the Naoussa range.

Vinification: Classical method of Red wine vinification
Wine characteristics: Deep red colour, rich sweet aroma of seasonings, damson, vanilla, dried fruit and a strong scent of smoked wood on the nose. Well-structured with rich flavour, full-bodied and sufficiently tannic to age combined with the unique varietal profile of Xinomavro.
Ageing: Nurtured for at least 12 months in small, French, oak casks, then for 6 months in new fully smoked oak casks and finally for another 6 months minimum, in bottles.
Served: At 18°C perfectly accompanies red meat, rich game dishes and white cheese.
Storing: In dark, cool places in a horizontal position. |
